Whispering Woods

Privately tucked in the forest, Whispering Woods is your perfect treetop get away from the daily hustle! Whispering Woods is secluded but close to everything and offers all of the convenience and luxury for you to enjoy on your Great Smoky Mountains vacation. Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, The Arts and Crafts District, and The Great Smokey Mountains National Park are all within about 10 miles of the cabin! When you arrive at Whispering Woods the first thing that you'll notice is the ample, covered, and LEVEL parking! Take in the scenery from the wrap around porch and challenge your group to a game of cornhole! (Boards located in the laundry room) Upon entering into the fully equipped kitchen you'll notice the granite counter tops and that everything you'll need to whip up a delicious meal is easily within reach! If grilling is your thing, a charcoal grill awaits the chef outside. (Charcoal and lighter fluid not provided) The family room has soaring, two story ceilings with a floor to ceiling stone electric fireplace to warm up beside on cool days. Roku TVs are provided for you to stream your favorite channels and shows that you are subscribed to as well as YouTube TV for all of your favorite channels. Enjoy the updated furnishings including the pull out queen sofa bed to sleep up to six of your closest family and friends. The first floor bedroom features a king sized memory foam mattress, TV, and an attached full bathroom. Enjoy the standing rain shower or a relaxing soak in the jetted tub. Upstairs you'll find the second bedroom complete with a queen sized memory foam mattress, TV, cathedral ceilings, and second attached full bath. This bathroom features a tub shower combo with a massaging shower head and is also accessible from the game room! At the top of the stairs is where the fun begins! Rack up a game of pool or test your skill at the classic arcade game! The Pac Man arcade has 12 classic games including Pac Man, Galactica, Super Pac Man, Dig Doug, and more! Step out onto the upstairs deck and you'll feel like you're in the treetops! You can sit on the swing and enjoy the view or tune the world out with a dip in the private hot tub! Although you may not want to leave your wooded oasis, be sure to take in all that the smokies has to offer! You are just minutes away from Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, The Arts and Crafts District, and of course Great Smokey Mountain National Park, the most visited national park in the United States! We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case you would need to cancel your trip outside of the free cancelation window. The booking platform offers travel insurance at checkout or you are welcome to choose your own! This cabin is located in the mountains. There are somewhat steep roads to access the property but any vehicle should be able to drive them without issue. In the event of winter weather, four wheel drive or all wheel drive is required. Occasionally weather and other natural events will limit access to and from the cabin, interrupt power, internet, cable TV, or other services outside of our control. These occurrences are not cause for a refund. Bring your furry friend along on your trip to the Smokies at Whispering Woods! The cabin is dog friendly as long as these rules are followed: 1) Only dogs are allowed, max of 2, up to 80 pounds each. 2) $100 pet fee per stay 3) Dogs must be housebroken and well behaved. 4) Dogs must be supervised at all times and crated if they are left alone in the cabin. 5)The yard is not fenced and dogs must be kept on a leash while outdoors. 6) Guests are responsible for the pickup and disposal of any pet waste indoors and outdoors. 7) Any excessive cleaning and/or damage to the cabin or furniture may result in additional charges. The hosts are not on site but are available via messaging through the platform from 9AM to 6PM Eastern Standard time or 24 hours if an emergency arises. There is one security camera facing the front of the house and driveway.
